pa999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Eligibility

To register and use a pa999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any territory where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of pa999 staff.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pa999 reserves the right to request identity and age verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. This is a standard security and compliance measure applied to all accounts, not a specific action targeting individual players.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one pa999 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method or the same device — is a violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa999 may close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information reasonably requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes and any other access credentials. pa999 will never contact you to ask for your password by email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account, you should change your password immediately and contact pa999 support without delay.

Account registration is free. There is no fee charged by pa999 for creating an account. You are also not required to deposit funds immediately after registration — you may explore the platform before deciding to deposit.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions at pa999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is always shown in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your pa999 balance in PKR with no currency conversion applied by the platform. pa999 does not charge a fee on incoming deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges as governed by their own terms.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawals. pa999 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. pa999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in the cashier; the exact time for funds to reach your wallet or bank account will also depend on your payment provider's own processing times.

Funds deposited into your pa999 account must not have originated from illegal activities. pa999 reserves the right to carry out checks on the source of funds and to suspend or close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily explained.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

pa999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• A minimum qualifying deposit amount in PKR.
• A wagering or playthrough requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• A list of eligible games or bet types that contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• An expiry date or time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• A maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds.

Bonuses are promotional credits, not guaranteed returns. In most cases you must actively opt in to a promotion before making the qualifying deposit — bonuses are not automatically applied to every deposit. pa999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is found to have been claimed through misuse, duplicate accounts or any other method that violates these terms, pa999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at pa999 covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed alongside individual markets.

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until confirmation is shown.
• pa999 reserves the right to suspend or void any market before or during an event in the event of a technical issue, data feed error or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any point during a match. Any bets placed just before a suspension may be voided at pa999's discretion if it is determined the odds were set on incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, pa999's settlement rules for that specific sport apply. These are shown in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are set per market and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip before you confirm a wager.
• Winnings are credited to your pa999 balance in PKR after the relevant event has been settled. Settlement times vary depending on the sport and the outcome of the event.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

pa999 does not tolerate match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corruption in sport. Any account found to be placing bets in connection with such activities will be closed and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

6. Casino & Games

The pa999 casino section includes live casino tables, slots, bingo and other game formats. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and operate according to their own certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages and rules.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. pa999 does not influence or alter the outcome of any game.

9. Responsible Gaming

pa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity, pa999 may freeze the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities. Balances associated with accounts closed due to confirmed rule violations may be voided in full.

Following voluntary account closure, re-registration is subject to pa999's standard eligibility checks. If a self-exclusion is active at the time of voluntary closure, the exclusion period must expire before a new account can be opened.

11. Limitation of Liability

pa999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance wherever possible.

pa999 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
